We generally follow area public school calendars and will send out the official calendar for the upcoming year during registration.

A Brief History of Little Panda Mandarin Preschool (LPMP)
Little Panda was originally founded in January 2003 as Durham Chinese School. The school expanded in numbers of enrolled students and in space from 2007-2010. Then, in 2011, we decided to focus on Chinese language and culture education for preschool-age children only. Therefore, Durham Chinese School became Little Panda Mandarin Preschool (LPMP).
Currently, LPMP has a morning half-day preschool for the fall and spring semesters, and summer camps from June to August. We are a small and nurturing school with very low student to teacher ratios. Our maximum enrollment is 18 students per morning. We believe that the size of our school is a great strength of ours. The smaller size of the school is often comforting to children. We believe that only after children feel safe and secure can they truly focus on learning. The small size of the school is also very conducive to fostering a feeling of family and community. Throughout the years we have been very fortunate to have some great families support our school and teachers.
